How To Make A Fortune From Someone Else’s Product Launch Without Being An Affiliate or Promoting Their Offer

Guest Blogger: Jimmy D. Brown

I’m an observer.  I watch marketers and how they work. I look at how people respond to marketing.  And I’ve discovered something interesting over the years that I want to share with you as it relates to building your internet business.

Hot topics and trends come along regularly.  There’s always a new “in” thing making an appearance on the radar screen. And whenever there’s a new rage, there will be marketers who jump on the bandwagon.

That can pay off big for YOU if you’re smart.

Let me explain.

What happens when a new trend or technique or tool surfaces?

*** People begin to talk about it.***

Marketers begin convincing people why they need it. Consumers tell their stories.  Discussions take place.  Hype builds.  Sometimes controversy breaks out.  An education process unfolds.

Through it all … DEMAND increases.

Now, here’s where you come along.

You piggyback on the popularity of the latest big hit by creating a small report on the topic.  You get the benefit of other marketers creating hungry leads for your offer without them even knowing it.

Let me give you an example -

Top Reasons You Should Do Internet Marketing

by Ian del Carmen

You’ve probably heard about the “hype” associated with Internet marketing– how people earn thousands in a few days with little effort, how people get a couple hundred percent return on investment and whatnot. Often people get blinded by the hype, and jump in to Internet marketing in the hopes of earning those thousands in a matter of days, without realizing the actual benefits of Internet marketing itself. Internet marketing is not just about the money, it is about the lifestyle.

First, you can forget about the fixed 9 to 5 work hours. Also, forget the office while youíre at it. Internet marketers have the most flexible lifestyle they want: They can work anytime and anywhere with an internet connection. In internet marketing there is no “fixed” time to work: What you are doing involves creating articles, setting up websites, writing emails or designing graphics. Nobody tells you when you have to finish them, it all depends on you (and how much you actually want to make)! Internet marketing can be done just anywhere: You can do it with just a laptop, provided you have Internet access. The main advantage is that even when you are traveling, you can still work by popping over to the nearest internet cafe, or any cafe which provides wireless access.

Guess who’s boss? You of course! The difference between a 9 to 5 job and Internet marketing is, you are rewarded for the efforts that you put in. The greater the effort put in, the greater the results you see. While a job gives a fixed income, the amount you make from Internet marketing is made of multiple streams. For example, you can be earning affiliate sales commissions, cost per action payouts, and ad revenue from your site. An interesting aspect is, once you see commission checks flooding your inbox, you will be inclined to work harder, and even larger checks come in, rewarding you for your labor. A job does the same thing as well, but on a slower time scale.

Passive income can be easily generated via Internet marketing. For those of you who do not know, passive income can be roughly translated as “income you receive even if you do not work (except in the beginning of course!)”. For example you can build an “opt-in” page and search engine optimize it. Whenever someone does a search and stumbles upon your squeeze page, they fill their emails in, and your promotional email gets sent via an autoresponder every few days, eventually turning your prospects into buyers. Look at this: After setting up the opt-in page and the autoresponder, and search engine optimizing the page, you do not have to put in any more work (though putting in work will reap greater rewards)! Money keeps rolling in after that! For even better results you could set up multiple of these opt-in pages and build more and more passive income. Who knows, one day you’ll generate enough in passive income, you can quit your day job.

As such Internet marketing provides a very flexible lifestyle where you call the shots, and you work anytime and anywhere: Is that not the perfect dream job you’ve been wanting all your life? Don’t wait any further- Start taking action and soon enough youíll be quitting your day job!

The Key To Creating Information Products That Sell Even In Overcrowded, Highly-Competitive Markets

Guest Teacher: Jimmy D. Brown

I want you to add a new word to your business vocabulary -

The word is “specialization”.

A new age has dawned in information marketing. And it’s the age of “specialization”.

Before I explain how this will help you create information products that sell like crazy, let me give you a very brief history lesson.

I promise, this won’t hurt a bit. :-)

Information products online have evolved since I logged onto the Internet back in 1999…

1) THE SIMPLE AGE.

Times were simple back when I first came online. And so were the information products. Way back when, information products weren’t readily available online like they are today. If you could find ANY information on the topic you were interested in, you grabbed it.

2) THE SYSTEMATIC AGE.

As more and more people learned how to create and market information products online, a new era emerged: the “systematic” era. This was a time when huge information products were created with hundreds of pages. The idea was to create comprehensive courses on a particular topic.

3) THE SEPARATION AGE.

As “internet marketing” and other business-related markets became inundated with product offerings, the birth and rapid growth of “niche marketing” occurred. People began separating themselves from the crowd and focused on “tiny niche topics” of interest.

4) THE SPECIALIZATION AGE.

Again competition came – even in these small niches. While there is still money to be made by focusing on these tiny, untapped markets — the well is drying up at a fast rate. Now enters a new age … the “specialization” age of information marketing.

Which brings us to the lesson -

There is a LOT of money to be made by creating
small, 7-15 page reports on PRECISE topics.

Most consumers would rather NOT sift through 100 pages of information to find out how to do something they are interested in, nor would they like to pay for 100 pages of information when they only need chapter 3.

With more and more products available on the market, consumers are getting pickier and pickier. They want what they want and only what they want.

Perhaps the biggest untapped information gold mine lies in this concept of creating small reports on precise topics.

Specialized information.

7-15 page reports that sell anywhere from $10-$100, depending upon the information.

And the benefits of writing these small reports are staggering -

1. You can write a small report in just a few hours of one day.

2. The profit per page ratio is astounding – 10 pages for $10 is a dollar per page per customer.

3. Small reports are MUCH easier to write than full-length courses.

4. There is a never-ending supply of topics for small reports.

5. You maximize the lifetime value of your customer. In other words, you can sell report after report to the SAME customer.

6. A series or collection of your small reports can be bundled into premium-priced courses over time.

7. When “hot topics” emerge (almost daily!) you can quickly crank out a small report to strike while the iron is hot.

8. When other marketers are seeing success with their products, you can create a complementary report to offer for sale as a supplement.

9. Many people can’t afford to buy (or refuse to buy) high-priced courses – but virtually anyone can whip out $10-$15.

The list could go on and on.

I’ve been creating small reports for a long time. In fact, I make over $15,000 in PROFIT every month from just ONE of my sites.

I know this works.

And not just for me.

I had a customer recently email me to let me know he sold 420 copies of his VERY FIRST small report, during its first month.

So, what I want to convince you to do is this -

***TRY IT FOR YOURSELF****

Create a small 7-15 page report and begin selling it online and see what kind of results you see.

A new information age has dawned – the age of specialization!

Create your own “special” reports and get your piece of the pie.

How To Create A “Buyers Only” List

Guest Blogger: Jimmy D. Brown

Content is king. It gets to wear the crown. And sit on the throne. And rule the world. When it comes to establishing credibility, gaining trust and producing sales, content is royalty.

While I would never suggest abandoning the concept of delivering high quality content to your subscribers, there is another type of list composed of subscribers who couldn’t care less about content.

“What is this type of list?” you ask.

- > The “announcement list”.

I’ve been teaching about the “announcement” list since at least 2002 (on record at an event). And, yet, it’s a widely untapped asset in most email marketing circles.

The main reason is: nobody’s teaching it. And so, nobody knows anything about it, let alone how to effectively create one of these lists.

So, we’re going to revisit it.

Step By Step Guide On How To Pick A Niche

by Ian del Carmen

I have always seen on the forums “Which niche is the most profitable?” and “Which niche should a beginner join?”

In fact there is no clear cut answer to that. If you are starting out in Internet marketing however, I recommend that you stay away from the niches with high competition. Even so, do not let that discourage you if you actually found some long tail keywords in those niches. This training is meant to be a guide to picking a niche, or even discovering new niches. As such, let’s begin…

The Real Secret To Building A High-Profit Internet Business

Guest Teacher: Jimmy D. Brown

My wife laughs every time she sees me doing it.

At least once or twice every week, I’ll be at my desk (or at the dining room table) with my Franklin Covey planner open and a stack of laminated checklists in hand.

“What are you doing, honey?” she calls, already knowing the answer.

“I’m planning”, I reply with a smile.

She laughs and I get back to work.

She laughs because she swears I spend half of my time “planning”. But, if you ask me how I’m able to get as much work done as I do in only 3 hours a day, I’ll point to a black Franklin Covey planner with about a dozen laminated checklists inside.

Building an Internet business is easy. Seriously. I’m not saying that it’s not complicated, because it is. I’m just saying that it’s easy to accomplish if you just have a system in place.

There’s very little in this world that can’t be accomplished with the right set of action steps in front of you.

Today, I’m going to give you such a system for building your Internet business. There are only 4 steps…
